How to Track Your Order

If you need to know the status of your shipment, here is how to do:

Step 1

The tracking number will be uploaded to your order after we arranged the shipment and you will get a notification Email with the tracking number. Click the tracking number.

Step 2

The page will jump to the tracking website, kindly note that you should click carrier onto 4PX when you checking by the tracking link.

Or you can directly go the tracking website: www.17track.net, type in the tracking number and track.

Please be note that the carrier system needs 2-3 days to show the updated information after the tracking number loaded to the system. Normally it will take 7-15 days to delivery.
